October 29, 2024 – Bo Groth Bendsen, Manager of Aqua Marketing EMEA at dsm-firmenich, speaks to Roger Gilbert, publisher of International Aquafeed magazine in Copenhagen, Denmark at this year’s Aqua 2024 event, organised by WAS and EAS.
Mr Bendsen mentions that his company’s focus during this year’s event has been on its groundbreaking new enzyme. The new phytase, HiPhoriusTM, has been approved by the EU and is now available throughout the Union. This is its 4th generation phytase, developed over a two-to-four-year period, for all finfish (both cold and warm water species). The event has allowed dsm-firmenich to showcase a broad portolfio of work, including its sustainable products and initiatives, such as the widely known sustainability and carbon monitoring Sustell platform for all farmers both aqua and terrestrial.
