Aquaculture UK, the UK’s leading aquaculture exhibition, is set to return on 16–17 June 2026 at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow, with organisers expecting the largest turnout in the event’s history. More than 250 exhibitors from over 20 countries have already signed up, taking advantage of the move from Aviemore to Glasgow, which offers greater space, improved transport links, and easier access to accommodation.
The exhibition and conference bring together the full aquaculture sector, from feed and pharmaceuticals to equipment and technology providers. National pavilions from Chile, Canada, Denmark, Norway, and Ireland will feature a mix of established companies and innovative start-ups, including Aquabyte, Tidal, Nova Q, Seaquest, and MiAlgae, a University of Edinburgh spin-off producing fish-free omega-3 from algae.
New technologies on display include Aberdeen-based Subsea Commercial Services’ environmental DNA (eDNA) Automated Sampler and Salar Pursuits’ Smoltscreen permeable net pen lining. Underwater robotics, marine engines, and other cutting-edge solutions will also be highlighted in dedicated zones, alongside an Innovation Theatre for start-ups and a Keynote Theatre with a full conference programme.
The Aquaculture Awards gala dinner on 16 June will celebrate sector achievements. Exhibitors and attendees alike see the event as a key platform for networking, exploring new markets, and learning about emerging trends and technologies driving the future of aquaculture.
