i2S SA has announced the launch of aqua4, a real-time intelligence platform designed to give fish farms live awareness of environmental conditions, fish behaviour and production status across the farm.
Unlike standalone IoT monitoring tools, aqua4 is built around production context, helping operators understand when a signal truly matters by connecting real-time conditions with the production cycle. The platform combines sensor data, feeding cameras, equipment status and automated alerts to support faster, cage-level decision-making.
A key feature of aqua4 is its full integration with aquaManager, i2S SA’s existing production management platform. While aqua4 provides live operational awareness, aquaManager tracks how production is evolving over time. Together, the two platforms connect environment, equipment and production into a single operational view.
“aqua4 is designed to give producers clarity in real time, not after the fact,” i2S SA said in the announcement. “By integrating directly with aquaManager, we are connecting live farm awareness with production intelligence in one workflow.”
The platform is now available as part of the company’s aquaculture technology portfolio. i2S SA develops enterprise-grade software and AI systems for demanding production environments, with a focus on aquaculture.
