EW Nutrition has announced that it will move from holding a majority stake to full ownership of GRASP. The phased transition to complete ownership is set to conclude by the end of 2029, allowing for a smooth integration while maintaining GRASP’s operational strengths and reinforcing EW Nutrition’s position in the market.
The move reflects the shared commitment of both companies to long-term growth and a common vision to further strengthen EW Nutrition’s leading role in the industry. Commenting on the agreement, Jan Vanbrabant, CEO of EW Nutrition, said, “This agreement represents a natural evolution of our successful partnership. GRASP’s portfolio features internationally recognised solutions, including toxin mitigation products such as Mastersorb and gut health management solutions such as Activo. GRASP’s dedicated team will continue to focus on delivering the quality and innovation that have established the company as a trusted market name.
