BAADER Group has appointed Matthias Hoffmann as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective 15 January 2025. Hoffmann, a mechanical engineer with extensive leadership experience, will oversee key strategic areas within the company.
Petra Baader, CEO of BAADER Global SE, highlighted Hoffmann’s ability to enhance the company’s innovative capabilities and drive further development. Hoffmann’s career includes leadership roles, most recently as head of the PET product division at KHS Group, where he focused on optimizing production processes, lean operations, and quality management.
In his new role, Hoffmann will focus on optimising BAADER’s global production facilities, creating synergies across operations, and supporting the company’s continued growth as a technological leader in mechanical engineering.
