The second Smart Aquaculture Production Conference took place on the 7 Spetember in Taipei as part of the Smart Taiwan Agriweek. The conference had three main session – diseases, feed and extrusion. The conference brought together experts from various sectors of aquaculture and cover different aspects of the industry – including feed production, fish health and nutrition, smart aquaculture and AI, farm management etc.
Dr. Han-Ching Wang is a Distinguished Professor at National Cheng Kung University and Director of the International Center for the Scientific Development of Shrimp Aquaculture (ICSDSA), Taiwan. She is a WOAH Reference Laboratory expert for WSD and AHPND, specializing in shrimp diseases, host–pathogen interactions, biosecurity, and sustainable shrimp aquaculture.
