 Arne Heuer, Amandus Kahl Arne Heuer is Area Manager of AMANDUS KAHL, responsible for the Asia/Pacific markets.He has been in AMANDUS KAHL since 2014 and has been active in the Asian market for more than 10 years now.He studied Industrial Engineering (B. Sc.) at the Nordakademie – University of Applied Sciences cooperating with AMANDUS KAHL in a dual education system.Additionally, in 2024 he graduated with a Master of Science in Sales Management from FOM – University of Applied Sciences after completing its extra-occupational program.One of his main fields of activities has been KAHL feed technology, especially in mature Asian markets like Japan and Korea, but also in the fast-developing markets such as in Vietnam and Taiwan. |
 Phil Erickson, Reynolds Engineering & Equipment Mr. Phil Erickson is currently the International Application Engineer for Reynolds Engineering & Equipment, INC. Phil received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Analytical Chemistry. He has worked in the Bulk Dry Powder Processing industry for the last 30 some yearsfocusing on ultra fine size reduction and classification of inorganic and organic materials. Working with most major aqua feed facilities in the production of specialty feeds which require ultra fine input materials. In addition, he is well versed in the evolving developments and requirements associated with natural and organic production of foods and feeds. |

 Dr. Han-Ching Wang, National Cheng Kung University Dr. Han-Ching Wang is a Distinguished Professor at National Cheng Kung University and Director of the International Center for the Scientific Development of Shrimp Aquaculture (ICSDSA), Taiwan. She is a WOAH Reference Laboratory expert for WSD and AHPND, specializing in shrimp diseases, host–pathogen interactions, biosecurity, and sustainable shrimp aquaculture. |
 Dr. Han-Jia Lin, National Taiwan Ocean University Dr. Han-Jia Lin is a Distinguished Professor at National Taiwan Ocean University, a Council Member of the Asian Fisheries Society, and President of its Taiwan Branch. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Research Award from Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC). Dr. Lin is also the founder of Giant Bio Tech Inc., a university spin-off established to translate scientific discoveries into practical solutions for the aquaculture industry. |
 Benedict Tan, Hatch Blue Benedict Tan is the Programme Director at Hatch Blue and based in Singapore. He leads venture programming across Asia-Pacific for Hatch Blue to support early stage entrepreneurs with their next phase of development. In his 7 years at Hatch Blue, Benedict Tan has designed and delivered 27 innovation and venture development programmes for >270 aquaculture entrepreneurs, and has also evaluated 200+ companies for investment. Having worked across the three business functions of Hatch Blue, investments, consulting, and programmes, he is keenly aware of the commercial roadmap of innovators working in this industry.
