Avramar’s Greek operations have officially changed their name to Cooke Hellas, marking the next chapter for the business as part of the Cooke family of companies.
Cooke Hellas combines decades of expertise in Mediterranean aquaculture with the global strength, long-term vision and values of one of the world’s leading seafood companies.
While the corporate brand has changed, the team, expertise and commitment trusted by customers and partners for years remain unchanged.
Cooke Hellas remains dedicated to producing premium Greek fish, responsible and sustainable aquaculture, innovation and continuous improvement, as well as reliable partnerships and customer service.
Formerly Avramar Greece, Cooke Hellas is Europe’s largest producer of Mediterranean fish, with more than 40 years of experience. Its fully integrated operations, from ‘egg to plate’, produce Sea Bass, Sea Bream and Pagrus Major.
From the Aegean Sea to the Ionian Sea, its modern hatcheries, farms, feed plants and packaging and processing plants supply global markets with fresh, high-quality, healthy and delicious Mediterranean fish.
Cooke Hellas said it is excited about the opportunities ahead and looks forward to sharing this new chapter with its customers and partners.
