In keeping with the Government of India’s “Make in India” campaign, dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) has strengthened its market leadership by opening a state-of-the-art feed additive plant in Jadcherla, Hyderabad, India.
The 11,200-square-meter plant will produce Mycofix® Secure and Mycofix® Shield, the top Mycotoxin Risk Management products in the world, which will assist farmers and feed producers in overcoming the growing contamination issues brought on by climate change and unfavourable harvesting conditions. Together with a new warehouse, the plant forms a high-efficiency “Super Site” that smoothly interacts with ANH’s current Jadcherla Premix Plant to provide better customer assistance and speedier service.
The new factory is ANH’s first feed additive manufacturing facility in India, outfitted with cutting-edge Bühler technology and constructed to the strictest international standards for quality, safety, and environmental stewardship. Customers in India and throughout the Asia-Pacific area benefit from quicker delivery, cost savings, and increased innovation due to these local production capabilities.
